Receiving Best Product Experience Award from Jim Hagemann Snabe, Ex SAP CEO.

Recognised for my product vision and for being the driving force behind the conceptualisation and innovation of the SAP Predictive Analytics product, designed from the ground up. I led the end-to-end design strategy and was awarded three published design patents for this product.

Design Systems Talk – SAP Customer Forum

As part of my thought leadership efforts, I delivered a talk at the SAP Customer Forum, Orlando to a packed audience of over 300 attendees. I spoke about the importance of using design systems when creating custom SAP solutions to ensure visual consistency, scalability, and reduce cognitive load for users, highlighting how thoughtful design foundations drive better adoption and usability in enterprise environments.

Founded ProductByDesign Pty Ltd, a specialist enterprise applications design studio focused on simplifying and accelerating SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP extension delivery for SAP partners lacking mature SAP UX and UI design capability. Built and led a distributed team of 12 SAP designers and developers across three regions, supporting AUD 130M+ in SAP greenfield and brownfield transformation programs.
